Wastewater discharge

Wastewater discharge is the release of used water from cooling, treatment, sanitary, or process systems under permit or utility rules. Data centers using evaporative or water-cooled systems must understand discharge volume, chemistry, temperature, and treatment requirements.

TI allowance

Tenant improvement allowance is landlord funding for tenant build-out. In data centers, ordinary office TI concepts may not fit well because electrical, mechanical, security, and commissioning costs are much larger and more specialized.
